A delegate fee for the conference is 900,- PLN.

In order to apply for a complimentary invitation please use the below form. Please also enter dates you are going to be present:

YES -Two days, 23-24 November   
or  - 1st day, November 23th
or - 2nd day, November 24th

You should expect our „YES” or „NO” response, sent from the Organizing Committee, within three days after complete submission of the below application.
